Purpose of your Position - Non Union | The Property Management Manager provides branch level leadership, direction, and management to a group of staff charged with maximizing the return on city buildings, lands, and real estate other assets through the development of strategic plans, the negotiation and drafting of agreements regarding city real estate assets and the pragmatic and efficient administration of all agreements and documents relating to city real estate resources. |

Knowledge - Non Union | Post secondary degree in business administration, economics; or real estate diploma or professional designation in a property management related discipline and 5+ years experience. |
